Quality and inspection

Checks agreed against your product specification.

Inspection criteria, sampling levels, tolerances and any required tests are agreed before production. Checks are arranged against the approved specification; product documents and regulatory status are confirmed per product and manufacturer.

  1. QC 01

    Manufacturer and product review

We review the product specification, manufacturer information and available documents. ISO 13485, CE/MDR, FDA registration, DRAP licences and sterility validation are to be confirmed per product and per manufacturer; documents are available on request.

  2. QC 02

    Pre-production review

Before production starts, we confirm the approved sample or reference, specification, materials, labelling and packing requirements with you.

  3. QC 03

    Production checks

Where agreed with the manufacturer, checks during production can cover materials, dimensions, workmanship and other points set out in the approved specification.

  4. QC 04

    Final inspection

Finished goods can be inspected against the agreed specification and sampling standard, including an AQL-based approach where agreed.

  5. QC 05

    Packing and carton inspection

We check packing, labels, carton markings, quantities and carton condition against your instructions.

Inspection checklist

A product-specific inspection checklist.

Each order has a checklist based on its specification. Depending on the product, a checklist may cover the points on the right.

Inspection can help identify and report observed issues, but cannot guarantee that every item is defect-free. We share findings and agree next steps with you before shipment.

Independent third-party inspections can be arranged at your request, and we can coordinate with inspectors you appoint.
