Product specification
We organise your requirements into a supplier brief covering product type, materials, dimensions, packaging, labelling and any required documentation.

Sourcing & costing
We identify suitable manufacturers in our sourcing network and prepare a proposal against your requirements. Pricing is quoted FOB Karachi unless agreed otherwise.

Sample coordination
If sampling is required, we coordinate the sample and review it against the agreed brief before dispatch. The buyer pays the sample cost and courier; these costs are credited against the first order.

Buyer approval
You confirm the sample, specification and order details in writing. Sourcing or production proceeds only after the required approvals are in place.

Quality and documents
Checks are coordinated against the agreed specification, with findings shared as applicable. Inspection scope and available manufacturer documents are confirmed for each order.

Export & delivery
We coordinate export packing, required shipping documents and handover to the nominated forwarder. Export arrangements and delivery details are confirmed for each order.

Commercial terms
Payment terms, MOQ and lead time.
Payment terms are agreed according to the buyer, order structure, product requirements and commercial arrangements. We confirm the proposed terms before an order is placed.
MOQ and lead time depend on the product, specification, order quantity and manufacturer. We confirm both in writing in the proposal.
We source products to the buyer’s agreed requirements. Samples are charged to the buyer, including courier costs, and credited against the first order.
What happens after you submit

- We share a sourcing and FOB Karachi costing proposal, with sampling options where relevant.
