For Dutch and wider EU placement, confirm applicable EU MDR and CE-marking requirements and authorised-representative arrangements; requirements depend on product, risk class and buyer. For onward sales, requirements may include UK MHRA/UKCA registration, US FDA establishment registration and 510(k) where applicable, GCC SFDA/MOH registration, Kenya KEBS and PPB, or Tanzania TMDA. ISO 13485, CE/MDR, FDA registration, DRAP licences and sterility validation are to be confirmed per product and per manufacturer; documents are available on request, and buyers remain responsible for import registration in their country.
