Buyer requirements
Italian hospitals and public procurement bodies may source through tenders, while medical distributors and importers often buy against defined product specifications, documentation and packaging requirements. NOVRIN SURGICALS sources surgical instruments and other medical products from vetted Pakistani manufacturers, including Sialkot instrument makers, and can coordinate quotations on an FOB Karachi basis. Product selection, order quantities and pricing depend on the specification.
For Italian sales, buyers should check applicable EU MDR classification, CE marking and authorised-representative arrangements for each product. Requirements depend on product, risk class and buyer; ISO 13485, CE/MDR, FDA registration, DRAP licences and sterility validation are to be confirmed per product and per manufacturer, with documents available on request. For other destination markets, requirements may include UK MHRA/UKCA registration, US FDA establishment registration and 510(k) where applicable, GCC SFDA/MOH registration, Kenya KEBS and PPB, or Tanzania TMDA; buyers remain responsible for import registration in their country.
